Client side Caching in Pega 7.1.8

Hi,

We are getting below problem frequently in our production environment.

Problem: Some times application is not opening correctly. Needs to clear the cookies in the users browser. After clearing cookies it is working fine. Pega Version is 7.1.8.

Please suggest why this is happened and any permanent solution to avoid this issue ?

@SowmyaP37 could you provide some more details on the error seen /  a screenshot of the symptoms experienced by the user?

did you check the logs for errors, or run a browser network trace?

When did the issue first start to occur - were there any changes on the system or the client machine?

Does this issue occur just for one user?  Can you replicate on multiple client machines?

Does it make a difference if you use a different browser?
