On Click of Slots displayed in Calendar, Getting error pop-up "”Empty work item handled”"
Hi Team, I am displaying calendar in my service case using pxCalendar section to show slots. Pega version I am using is 8.3.1 I am displaying slots to book an appointment. Once agent click on any slot, I am getting "Empty work Item handled". Before I was referring pxViewCalendarGadget Section to display the calendar. Since it is deprecated rule , I used pxcalendar Section. Below is the screenshot I attached. Expected result: Either I need to make my calendar slots not clickable or Error pop-up issue need to be resolved.
I am not understanding from which OOTB section, slots are displaying to identify if there are any actions configured.
If anyone know the solution , Could you please help me.

Have you tried the different DateTime presentation we having on UI Gallery?

@MarcLasserre_GCS I am not using DateTime Property to display the calendar.
pxCalendar OOTB Section is used to display the Calendar and Events on it.

@VishwaradhyaC Both the rules you mentioned are either deprecated or Final (and not API) rules. That said calendar gadget is deprecated from 7.2.2 release onwards, I would recommend you not to use it as we are not providing any support for this.
