On click of a Link on Smart Info Popup, Smart info should be auto closed
Hi,
On click of a link on Smart Info Popup, a modal dialog opens, We are looking for a way to close the smart info popup automatically when the link of smart info is clicked
Any suggestions??

Hello Sowjanya,
Do you have the "Auto-dismiss on hover away" option checked on the Show SmartInfo action? If not please checked it and try.

Hi Durga,
PRPC Version is 7.1.7 . Will try to place overlay instead of Smart info and check.
Thank you.Mean while let me know if any way to make the smart info to be closed when we click link on it.

Try using an local action shown in an overlay on hover instead of show SmartInfo, as that stays up until you click away from it.
