smart info just once for an action

I want a smart info display only once or for a given number of times for a given action. if the action is repeated, I do not want it be displayed. Please share your thoughts.

Basic idea is this, you should have two text input controls bound to same property. One with smart info + set value action configured and other without any action.

The set value action on the named property can be used to govern the visibility of the text input controls in client side.
