Confirm Close Popup
Hello,
When working cases from MyWorklist getting Confirm Close Popup even when user didn't make any changes to case.
Steps:
1) Open assignment from MyWork
2)No changes to case, user selects Close from Action dropdown on the top.
3)Confirm Close Popup comes.
Is that the default behavior of PEGA to give Pop when closing the case.
Version : Pega 7.2

If the popup comes from "pyDirtyCheckConfirm" section like below, then refer this post for additional information related to Dirty check.
The below popup displays only when the form is dirty.

Pl let us know the actual message on the pop up. Also, you can try debugging the function
"isFormDirty" in pzpega_ui_doc_dirtyhandling JS rule.
You can set the flag pega.u.d.gDirtyOverride=false or true per your requirement. You can do this in a custom JS rule and include it in the harness.
