Circumstanced rule shows base version after refresh on IE 11

Hello All,

We have an issue with a circumstanced rule on IE. When the user refreshes the screen it shows the base version.

 

update: It fails at step 4 of this activity "GetFlowData"  in this ruleset "Pega-ProcessEngine:08-03-01".This is happening when the user hits on the refresh button on the IE browser.  On the clipboard, all the data under the work page is flushed. The same scenario works fine in chrome.

 Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-FLOW' with the name '',  no rules with this name were found in the rulebase

Hi Marc,

Thanks for the quick reply.

1. They are using the refresh button on the browser.

2. Rule type is section.

3. The product version is 8.3.1
