You can check the audit trail of the Chat Configuration screen to determine which user has made updates and the timestamps of those updates. To access the audit trail:
Go to the Chat Configuration screen in Pega.
Click on the "Actions" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select "View Audit Trail" from the drop-down menu.
This will open the audit trail, which displays a log of all changes made to the Chat Configuration screen. The audit trail will include information such as the username of the user who made the change, the date and time the change was made, and the details of the change itself.
Note that you will need appropriate access permissions to view the audit trail. If you do not have access, you may need to contact your Pega administrator to request it.
