Change stage Confirmation issue
Hello,
suppose I have 5 stages in my case. A-B-C-D-E.
when I am in step B I want to be able to click on actions, and click move to step D.
I made this using change stage smart shape. This smart shape however requires a flow action and this flow action wants a section.
Whenever I press the button to move to stage D I get a submit/cancel empty section and on submit it moves to stage D
I want on the click of the button in the actions to go direclty to step D without the confirmation. How can I achieve this?

Turned out I should add autoSubmit in the html tab.

Hi Bashir,
Change stage smart shape doesn't need a flowaction. it just asks if you want to jump to next stage or other stage.
Why do you think you need a flow action? Please explain.

All what I am trying to do is to have an optional action in actions , that on click directly moves you to the stage D. If you know how I will be very greatful!

Hi Bashir,
you are having an option as "Select a Stage" on "Change Stage" Smart shape through which you can navigate forward with the available Stages in the drop provided.
But if you want to move back and forth,you have an option (in using Pega 7.1.6 or beyond version) "Other" in which you can specify a property which hold the "NextStageName".
By these two ways you can achieve this.

Create a flow and add this smart shape and configure the details to which stage you want to jump and add this flow as a supporting process to the case type. Then, it can be seen in the adhoc actions. When started, it will change the stage. This doesnt need a flowaction
