Change Stage not working

Hi,

I am trying to Go back for a Previous stage (I have three 03 stages in life cycle and the requirement is to go the First stage by a button click on Second or Third stage). I have used pyChangeStage flow action with an Assignment Shape , Change Stage Utility and an Utility with pyChangeStage rule. Nothing changes the stage to the first and Case moves next. I am Using Pega 7.2.1 Seeking any help
