You can move to a previously processed stage as well. Please check if the steps under the stage you are changing to has 'Run on re-entry' checkbox checked else those steps will not be kicked off.

Hi,How can we go from a step of an stage stage, directly to an alternate stage.(e.g in my application i want to "reject"{reject is an alternate stage}a person if his age{step in happy path stage} is less than 18,)?.If its done by using change stage smart shape please tell me the steps.

You can follow below steps to use change stage smart shape

1) Place the change stage smart shape in the flow you want to jump to alternate stage or to any other stage.

2) configure the step properties for this change stage smart (utility) shape as below

 under Automation Details enable Select a stage radio button below you can view drop down where you can select the stage name to which this need to jump.

If this path is select or when the control come to this change stage utility shape it would go to that stage.
