Challenges in PegaUpgrade from 7.1.9 to 8.2

Hi All,

We are planning to upgrade our current Pega version 7.1.9 to 8.2.

Can anyone help in highlighting the main challenges expected in different areas such as Code compatibility, DB connections or any integration issues etc. Just to get a view on the pain areas in advance.

Please make sure that you should have proper -Dnodetype according to upgrade document. As from 8x version it is mandatory to define -DNodetype Jvm argument. 

Be careful with Search, that may run into some issue. 

Please test your services properly, as there is implementation(product level) changes from 7.1.9 to 8.2.
