CDH 8.6 : Outbound run with DB template
Hello All,
I am running a simple Outbound test with CDH 8.6 which write the results into DB template table.
what I am noticing is, the results are populated into DBTemplateTableName _lock table but the actual table is not populated.
Here is the DB template
OUTBOUNDRESULTS1 is empty
and OUTBOUNDRESULTS1_Lock has the results.
I have verified that all agents in PegaMKT-Engine are running, so not sure what I am missing.

1. Do you also have a finalize schedule configured in the "Finalize" tab of the DB template ?
2. The current configuration should write the results at the end of the outbound run (once the run is complete), there is a possibility the scheduled finalization can overlap (if configured and depending upon the frequency) and reset the outboundresults1 table to empty.
3. Did the outbound run report any other failures during the run ? related to DB permissions etc ?
If all looks good and not working as expected, please raise a support ticket with Pega support to take a deeper look at it.

- I don't have schedule define under "Finalize" tab of DB template
- The Outbound run's under NBA-D channel tab are in running state, and to check for specific errors and corresponding Dataflow run's are deleted to zoom into details
- Regarding the permission, given that the connection pool config - DB user, it is able to write to *_lock table, and both the tables reside in same DB schema, I assume it has the permission to write
Let me run another test and see.
