Category of Agent
Hello,
I am calling the Agent whenever a service REST fails (through the Queue-For-Agent method).
When defining the Agent, I have many options for the category but i have found no documentation explaining each one.
Can you please provide me with documentation in order to select the adequate Category; or please share with me what would be the best category for my case?

Agent type is restricted to
- Functional area -
- Kernel - Agents essential for a functional PRPC system. (Reserved for PRPC)
- Maintenance - Agents performing clean up or processing to maintain a PRPC system
- Correspondence - Agents sending, managing correspondence to maintain a PRPC system
- Testing - Agents utilized in testing a PRPC system
- Component -
- Case management - Agents sending, managing correspondence for a PRPC system
- DSM - Agents specific to the decisioning product.

Unfortunately I have seen that documenetation before but it does not provide enough information.
This is the only sentence regarding the Category:
Category |
Select the category to which this agent belongs. The category can then be used for sorting on the System Operations Agent overview page. |
