Agent Category

Have to know more about the agent categories. I saw in one of the help document like " The category can then be used for sorting on the System Operations Agent overview page."

I want to know the Impact of categories on the execution of agents.

Thanks for posting on PSC,

The Category you select relates to any agent processing a work item or assignment. All of these agents get grouped together under the same category, making it easier to manage when your application scales up.
