Hi ,
That section is 'pyNewCaseContainer'.
By default we see, one of the standard harnesses, 'New' with the section pyNewCaseContainer when a case is created.
The purpose of 'New' harness is it supports entry of a new work item and the start of a flow rule execution for that work item.
You can skip this screen by checking "Skip 'Create' view when users create a new case" checkbox available in the settings tab of the case designer.
Thank You.

Also, we can say the field which we are adding under "Data model" in the Case type , it will reflect under the Case Information
