We have a case type ( lets call this casetype1) defined on an Application ( lets call this App1). We have created a component with the ruleset (case type rule created). There is another Application (lets call this App2). App2 has the above component added and enabled. App2 has its own case type ( lets call this casetype2) and on a smart shape providing the class of casetype1 can instantiate a case. Is it possible to add casetype1 as a child case of casetype2 ? Tried to click "Add child case type" on the casetype2 and it only shows the case types which are defined on the application and not picking the case type on the component. Has anyone tried this scenario ?
