In Pega, the pyID (case ID) and pzInsKey (system-generated unique identifier for each instance) are not typically treated as case-sensitive values.
By default, Pega treats these values as case-insensitive, which means that W-1a and W-1A would be considered the same ID.
pyID is primary key for any work class and in database by default, primary keys are case-insensitive so W-1a and W-1A would be considered the same ID. Conclusion is no, we can not make pyid as case sensitive.
