Open case in new browser window in Cosmos passing pzinskey

External application will use the links shared by us to open work objects. Please help us in implementing this functionality. Our use case is as below: External application wants to open a case Opp-12345 in new browser tab, we should be able to send canonical URLs like 'https://domain.com/prweb/OpenCaseByID/Opp-12345', using this link external application should be able to open the case in new browser window.

Can anyone please support in implementing this functionality.
