Case Sensitive Filtering in Repeating Grid Layouts
The filtering functionality in repeating grids are case insensitive.
When report definitions are set as the source, I can see that the UPPER() function is added to the sql queries.
When data pages are set as the source, the results are case insensitive as well. I assume there is similar logic that converts the results and filtering criteria.
Is there a way to have case sensitive filtering? I cannot find an "ignore case" setting anywhere in repeating grid layouts.

I am not aware of such a setting either. But it seems reasonable enough to consider this as an enhancement if it does not exist.
But I can easily see why we ignore case in this instance, as it would be the most typical/preferred behavior in the majority of scenarios.

I understand that this is how PRPC works for now. The client has accepted this as the behavior, so an immediate resolution is unneeded.
I hope there will be an enhancement to have an option similar to the one in RDs in the future, though.

I have created a product enhancement request in our internal portal as per the discussion here. The feedback ID is tagged under Related Support Case number in the issue description. Since you are internal employee, you may use the ID as reference to drive and track the progress of the request with the product management teams directly.
