Case Management - pxcoveredcount property value mismatch

Hi,

the pxcoveredcount property value is sometimes not matching with the number of child cases present for a case. this issue occurs sporadically and there are no known methods to reproduce. Have anyone faced the similar kind of issue.

I've seen some cases in the past related to the pxCoveredCountOpen but not the pxcoveredcount. Since it is sporadic, I think you would need to review the history on each case to see if there is a pattern that can be identified. Could there be a scenario where the pxcoveredcount is getting set properly initially but then maybe overwritten by some other process or a stale version of the page saved afterwards?
