Case details area not showing

Hello,

I have created "Assistance request" case type as per excersise instructions. when I run the case there no case details area. I thought I missed something and created a simple two stage case type - when I run it - there is still no case details area. After I click "Done" on the initial screen - I do not see "No, advance the case' option either. I am using System Architect Essentials 8.1 training system in the cloud. Please advise.

I also noticed that I get pzSectionBody_1(); message when I click on Sections menu item, and the same message shows under Team members and Work queues lists in the dashboard.

I was expecting to get a notification email if some one replied so I didn't even check back here for a while. I will see if I can find something useful in the logs.

Check out Hello Dennis > My Preferences > Collaboration Center to make sure you have your email notifications turned on for Instant.

If that is turned on, please let us know and we can look into why you aren't receiving email notifications.
