I have created "Assistance request" case type as per excersise instructions. when I run the case there no case details area. I thought I missed something and created a simple two stage case type - when I run it - there is still no case details area. After I click "Done" on the initial screen - I do not see "No, advance the case' option either. I am using System Architect Essentials 8.1 training system in the cloud. Please advise.
I also noticed that I get pzSectionBody_1(); message when I click on Sections menu item, and the same message shows under Team members and Work queues lists in the dashboard.
