Canvas Scrolling issues

Guys,

I need some help, my canvas keeps on scrolling every time I try to connect or move the flow chart elements.

Any idea why is that?

When working with the canvas there is both a hand and pointer option.  If you use a hand you can move the canvas around.  If you use the pointer you can only select items and will not be able to move the canvas.  Another issue seems to arise if you have a wheel mouse and you are using it to scroll.  This will zoom in and out on the canvas.
