Scroll bars issue in interaction portal

Cpm interaction portal is saved as to implementation layer and same skin used in the application from Pega customer service application. Few sections are overridden except layout formats

Whenever zoom-in happens, Scroll bars are not coming and sections(especially in repeating grids, right most Columns are not visible when rows have max length values) in pyCaseActionArea are truncated in UI.

i could not find the issue what exactly. Please help.
