Can't create views for Cosmos React 8.6
Hi,
I am using Pega platform 8.6 cloud environment. Created cosmos react application and after adding casetype unable to configure view from step in app studio or dev studio and unable to create section from dev studio. Attaching the screenshots for reference. Thanks in advance!!!

@RuthwikaV3498 There's may be several reasons why this may not show up, first check the network traffic when loading app studio in chrome / edge they should give give you an idea if there's any communication errors between the Pega client and the Constellation engine (node js based server which is used by constellation for serving the react based front end).
in the network look for calls to pzpega_ui_constellation_bridge , constellation-core , componentslist etc like the screenshot below check if they are returning HTTP 200
Also when you say Pega platform 8.6 cloud environment is this an environment provided by Pega or is it a Pega installed on your organization's Cloud Environment (GCP/Azure/AWS) if it's your organization's Cloud Environment then make sure you have public DNS and has SSL enabled.
