Can't configure View in User Portal Landing Page in Cosmos React Pega 8.7

Hi All We are trying to configure user portal in PEGA 8.7 using Cosmos React Framework. We couldn't able to create new view in landing pages inside the user portal. It will be great if anyone have any knowledge on that please help us.
