Cant complete exercise: Event Triggered Campaign

I am trying to complete the "Event Triggered Campaign" exercise, however I cannot save the strategy (Cart Abandoned Retarget) as there is no propositions configured within the Service > OnlineShopping business issue/group. I installed C-704-EnvironmentSetup.zip without error.

I am trying to complete the "Event Triggered Campaign" exercise, however I cannot save the strategy (Cart Abandoned Retarget) as there is no propositions configured within the Service > OnlineShopping business issue/group. I installed C-704-EnvironmentSetup.zip without error.

Proposition— ** Proposition 'ShoppingRetarget' does not exist in the selected group context.

Thank you for your query.

Sorry to hear that you are facing issue saving the strategy.

Can you locate and open the offer ShoppingRetarget. Check-out and check-in. Then try to save the strategy again.

We have seen that sometimes the offer is not "seen" by the strategy after importing the exercise zip. I suspect that might be the case here.

Hi, I also had the same problem with this exercise, I was able to save the Strategy with the about solution, but I am unable to add a Real-time event via Engagement -> Configure -> Real-time events - > Add events -> select "Cart Abandoned", there is no "Add event" button appears on the screen.  Can you help with this? Thanks

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problems. Please navigate to Content-->Real Time events. Do you seen anything displayed on the landing page. Please also make sure that the vent is marked as active. If, so please try your original trick, check out and check-in the event.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, CartAbandoned event is displayed on the Content -> Real-Time artifacts landing page, it is active and has been checked-out and checked-in. The problem remains, that is when the event is selected via "Engagement -> Add Events", there is no "Apply" button(or Add Item button) to apply this event to the Engagement.  Please see attachment.
