I logged in Role: System Architect and User Name: LeadArchitect AND I do not see the Candidate case, and I am stuck in the Tenant Cluster Administrators For ITOrgApp application. Can you please let me know how I can continue with the web exercises ?

Hi,
Try to add the HRServices:administrator access group to your operator ID
or ask SelfStudySupport@pega.com to reset your exercise system.
