Hi @JoeM9391,
If you can't access the Pega link despite AD Group access, try these steps:
1️⃣ Check VPN & Network – Ensure you're connected to the corporate network. 2️⃣ Use Incognito Mode – Clear browser cache or try a different browser. 3️⃣ Verify AD & SSO Access – Confirm with IT that your account is mapped correctly. 4️⃣ Try Direct Login – If SSO fails, check if you can log in with a username & password. 5️⃣ Contact IT or Pega Admins – Request verification of your Operator ID & access settings.
