Issues with the App and Dev Studio

Hi. I am currently having issues while doing the last exercise in the System Architect course.

The issue which I am having is that:

In App studio - in the Workflow tab, it no longer displays the Steps which I had setup and only shows the Stage and process name. If I click on the name of the process, it shows the steps, but the name of the process disappears.

In dev Studio - it fails to load and all I get is a blank screen

Both the App and dev studio were working fine earlier today.

Is it possible you can reset my session?

Did either of you get support regarding this issue? I'm facing similar issue in Senior System Architect Mission Challenge. Not able to see the contents on click of Case types / App explorer in Navigation Menu in Dev Studio
