Cannot access PDC through My Pega
I logged into the Pega support portal with my Pega community credentials. I then clicked on the link to access PDC. However, I get a message that I am not the designated support contact for any accounts. However, when I go to the user management portion of the support portal, I can see that I have the support admin role.
How do I access PDC?

@MohammedD This seems to be broken as when I select
"Access Pega Diagnostic Center", I also see the error message (logout and try again doesn't change anything)
Cannot Login to PDC
Unfortunately, you are not designated as a support contact in MSP for any account. To access PDC, ask your company’s Pega Support Administrator to add you as a contact. For more information, see the My Support Portal FAQ.

@PhilipShannon Thank you Philip for the quick response. Its good to know I am not the only one facing this issue.
I have raised a ticket with Pega support as well about this issue. Hoping to hear back from that channel soon.

PEGA has updated PDC to v5. And I think the PEGA Community credentials are now taken as the login credentials. So if you are Community login credentials or account not linked to the organization MSP account, you won't be able to access PDC.

@PrakashDeep Interesting, thanks for the info. As an employee I used to be able to see the different login options, now I just seen an error. I know that I can access PDC Internal but I am not sure why I can't see the PDC login pages instead of just being pulled into the wrong credentials option and then given the error.

I've also raised a ticket with Pega support for this issue - INC-C54128
Will update here when I hear back on that ticket
