Cannot access PDC through My Pega
I logged into the Pega support portal with my Pega community credentials. I then clicked on the link to access PDC. However, I get a message that I am not the designated support contact for any accounts. However, when I go to the user management portion of the support portal, I can see that I have the support admin role.
How do I access PDC?
