Can a traditional outbound campaign configured to be multilevel?
Hi,
I want to use multi level decisioning and my levels are Subscriber and Account level. But we want to start using these level in traditional outbound campaign after we want to continue with inbound campaign. Is there any impediment in Pega CDH 8.5 and 8.6?

@AslihanKurdoglu No. We cannot use multi level decisioning in the OOTB Outbound Campaigns.
Please explain your use case in details as to why you are trying to use Outbound campaigns and not Outbound schedules on NBA Designer?

Do you mean it is not supported for Traditional campaigns but does support for the Outbound Schedule?

Yes, my response above was for the traditional outbound campaigns where we do not have the support for multi-level decisioning.
We do support multi-level decisioning in the Outbound Schedule of Next Best Action Designer. Hope this clarifies.

@RaghuShankhawaram Thanks for the clarification. We are in the process of implementing multilevel decisioning for OB communications and hit a road block.
