Can Pega Robotic Automation hook into existing browser instance?

Is there a way that any version of Pega Robotic Automation can hook into existing browser instance, such as an existing IE window? We are currently building an automation for our users, and they will already have a web page opened when they want the automation to help with additional tasks in their process.
