I am getting an error that I am not authorized to view the page. Is there a URL from where i can download the software?

You may not be able but somebody from your organization may have credentials to download software from the digital delivery site.
Typically, they are Pega Platform administrators or developers that can also log support tickets on Pega software.

Hello!
Yes, only Pega clients, partners, and employees can download software. You would need to be affiliated with a client account to have access.
But reach out as George stated above and someone may be able to assist you in your organization.
