can case summary be generated by GenAI in Infinity 23 version on similar concept like AI generated customer summary
Hi,
Can case summary notes be generated or a widget is available which can be called into Infinity 23 platform.This concept will be similar to AI generated customer summary which is being made available in 24.2 in Pega client lifecyle management for financial services.
i am presently unable to locate any widget or funtion by which users can generate AI case summaries/notes .

@Dharanidharan the mentioned link is for 24.2 onwards. Client environment is of 23.1.3. there under utilities, no optionf Gen AI is available.can this be added as an add-on? Kindly suggest other alternatives.

Case type -> Settings -> Gen AI Coach -> Enable it.
Case Type -> UX -> Full Page view -> Utilities -> Add -> Gen AI Coach

@RameshSangili Thanks for the response. Gen AI is not showing in both App and dev studio under case type settings. Below is screenshot of the dev studio
Also, the below article says Gen Ai coach is available from 24.1 onwards.
