Can a prompt be customized in Pega infinity 23 version to generate relevant reports
hi,
in my client environemnt we have Pega infinity 23 version. we don't have Pega knowledge portal. In infinity 23 version 'EnablegenerativeAI' is enabled. I have created data record and leveraging Genrative AI prompts to genrate on demand reports and visualizations. However there are certain cases where the rompt intent is not understood by the Gen AI model in backend. How can we customize propmpts in infinity 23 version ?

Ensure your Data Record fields have meaningful names and descriptions to help the AI understand the context better. Enable Adaptive Learning Models to allow the system to learn from user interactions and refine its responses over time. If the AI model still struggles with understanding prompts, you can test and fine-tune them using the Generative AI Tools in Dev Studio. For more control, you can also integrate an external AI model through API connectors in the Integration Designer. Testing the prompts thoroughly and refining them based on results will help ensure more accurate report generation.

@Sairohith I dont see any option as prompt templates in data type in Infinity 23. Also how to enable adaptive learning models? Any video available on above?

@Sairohith ok and can u guide me how to view the 'Explore data' option in Infinity 23. We have the version 23.1.3. II am unable to go to Insights landing page to see prompts generated by GenerativeAI.
