The Gen AI works for constellation apps. You can run the case type either using the case type rule 'Save and Run' or under Create case menu option in the user portal.

It creates the prompt for your case type and shows response as suggestions while creating case type. You can keep it or edit. Gen AI Blueprint can be used to see what can be the stages and steps for a case type.

@ManikandanT17003272 The GEN AI generated cases (blueprint) is only supported in 24.1.x or 23.2.x 
Once you create a blueprint you will have a blueprint file with you 
and in the platform of version mentioned above when you create a new application their will be option prompted that will have option to import the blueprint file that you have with you or you can create a blueprint from their
