Calling Robo Automation activity from RDA runtime installed in Remote Server

I am trying to run Robotic automation installed in remote server but I am not able to do that. I am able to call the automation process successfully when the RDA runtime is installed in my local machine. I tried this by updating the Dynamic system setting value of "pegarobotics/runtime/DesktopRoboticsURL" to point to the remote server Ipaddress but it is not working. Also, I am not able to access the following link https://<Ipaddress>:9443/api/v1/runtime/IsAvailable.

It would be of great if anyone has any suggestions to solve this issue.

Thank you for your response.

I am getting the error of Robotic process cannot be executed when the flow action tries to call the robo activity from remote system`s IP. Pega connects to robo automation service only if  localruntime.pega.com is set in the Dynamic system settings of pegarobotics/runtime/DesktopRoboticsURL.  Robo automation service is not getting accessed if  other network system Ipaddress is set instead of localruntime.pega.com. Please let me know your suggestions.
