Robo Manager managing productivity, Runtime and bot utilization

I would just like to ask if Pega Robot Manager can pull the following data in each runtime(each virtual machine) and create a report:

-Start and end time process of bot automation

-Total number of bot run per day

-Success and failure of bot automation

-utilization of bot automation.

Hello Richmond,

Robot Manager uses multiple Data Pages to display all the information on the Robot Manager Dashboard.

I am going to give a brief breakdown of some of the data pages you can use via a rest call to get details about a robot history, workgroups and work queues.

  1. D_pzRobotActivityDetails – Will give you details automation history of an automation including the time it took to complete an automation, status of the automation and queue times.
    • Example Endpoint Call
      • api/v1/data/D_pzRobotActivityDetails?RobotInsKey=DATA-ADMIN-OPERATOR-ID%RobotOperatorID
  2. D_pzRoboticWorkBasketsByWorkGroupAndApp – Returns a list of robotics work baskets of a given workgroup.
    1. Example Endpoint Call
      1. api/v1/data/D_pzRoboticWorkBasketsByWorkGroupAndApp?WorkGroup=IdOfWorkGroup
  3. D_pzRobotOperatorsByWorkGroup – Returns a list of robotics operator of a given workgroup
    1. Example Endpoint Call
      1. api/v1/data/D_pzRobotOperatorsByWorkGroup?WorkGroup=IdOfWorkGroup
