Call Attach Content with Activity

if i have an Activity, can i Call control Attach Content(pxAttachContent)?

You can't call control from activity. If your requirement is to attach some file through an activity then Pega has provided OOTB smart shape in 7.x version to do so. You can call AttachFile activity and other activities to fulfill your requirement.
