Attach Content Control is disabled
Hi ,
We have a requirement to attach a screenshot from home screen.When we refer the attach content control the button is getting disabled by default.Please provide some guidelines.

We need a attach content control in home screen.We are not creating any work object in home page level.Please let me know how to refer the attach contact control without creating work object .Screenshot attached.

We usually face this issue in following two scenarios:
1.Touch enabled devices
2.Trying to use AttachContent control in non-workobject context.
In my research I could see that AttachContent control is supported only if a workobject is created and has proper pyID.
The above are two articles mentioned by Rachit, where the customers are also facing similar issue when they are trying to use AttachContent control in a non-case scenarios.
Anyways please let us know the version of Pega used and the screen shot showing where exactly you are using the control.
