Button for Attach Content Control is disabled
I have to get attachments using a SECTION in Case Manager Portal. I have used attach content control for this. But even after configuring the button, it is disabled while running. Please help me fix this issue. I'am using Pega 7.2.1 version.
Requirement: To get the attachment through section and not by case or flow action

Hi Selva,
I tried replicating your requirement and was working fine for me. Please refer the attached document.
Also make sure that in the cell property the "Disable" field is having the value "never".

Our scenario In a desktop we are trying to attach a document to a Clipboard Page and not a Work Item. Does this option work only for mobile apps; as mentioned in the UI-Control's properties ?

Hi Vignesh,
Do you face this issue in all the browsers?
Also let us know if the device you are using is touch enabled? If it is so, then Disable the touchscreen feature and check if the issue still occurs.
