Attach Content with web mashup

Hi all,

I am unable to attach files to the case during case creation from a Pega web mashup. The case attachment works fine with the normal case creation. From the web mashup when i click on the attach content, browse file window does not appear. Has anyone faced or resolved similar issue?

@AparnaV20 If properly configured it shouldn't happen, however may be silly question ,did you check any kind pop-up blocker in your browser side? 

or if you have access to the hosted server for the mashup script, please check any kind of restriction is there or not.
