Adding Web Chatbot channel interface to my external Website using Pega Mashup

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to add Web Chatbot channel interface to my external Website using Pega Mashup, because I'm trying to do this but my Web Chatbot do not responses.

Pega v.8.2

Hi Agnieskac,

Yes it's possible to load webchat through mashup code, 

Please configure it like below. 

Goto channels and interface - select Webchat - Provide all details  and save it

After saving it Go to Mashup tab,  - Generate the mashup code and save it, 

Copy and paste the Mashup code in the HTML body of your external webpage. 

Still if you are getting any issue please let me know.

Hi Abhishek,

Thank you for your reply. I can see Web chatbot window on my website now, but what additional steps should I do to make it work, because for now my chatbot do not responses? Also all the previous messages are replaced by new message  I'm sending.
