Bulk upload of data doesn't execute On-Change of the property's value actions

Hi guys.We have a requirement to allow the user to upload the data into the tables that are part of the UI and let them, also, enter/update the data manually. There are several actions are implemented when the propery's value is changed. Everything is working fine when it is manual data manipulation, however when data entered from CSV file, the actions don't get executed. Can somebody advise how to fix this issue? We run on PRPC 7.2.1. Thank you in advance,
