File Listener doesn't process the uploaded files (Screenshots attached)
Hi
I need some help with setting up File Listeners for a POC. PFA the snapshots of my File Listener and Service File config and let me know what am I missing.
Note : I am dropping a text file at the specified location. And the file gets moved to ....<listener folder>/work_ProcessFiles/completed/<file name>.txt.err

Got the fix. The file was missing "txt". It had no extension at all.

Can you please attach the .err file also?
And your record type identifier is empty.

Looks like, your service-logic is wrong and it file listener is not able to process the file.
Please enable the debug loggers on below class and share .
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.file.FileListener;
And also for testing purpose please include log-message steps in Initial, Service and Final activity.
