Blank PDF is attaching after upgrading to 8.3 from 7.2

Just upgraded to 8.3 from 7.2.2 and blank PDF is attaching to the case. I am using activity to call HTMLtoPDF and passing appropriate parameters.

How are you calling the activity.  We had trouble with a similar upgrade (but doing export to Excel) because we were running it from a Refresh Section.  That is no longer supported, and an article on the Community site said to use Open URL in Window.  Which we do with window location and size all set to 1.
