BIX: pxExtractDateTime & pxExtractIdentifier not populated
Hi,
I've set up the BIX to extract the properties to the database table, however the pxExtractDateTime and pxExtractIdentifier is not getting populated in the table. Is there anything that I'm required to configure to populate the 2 columns?

Are the properties are getting extracted successfully?
Are you running BIX from command line?
Can you try to extract to different source (like CSV/ XML) and see if you are able to get these values?

All properties are extracted properly except for the pxExtractDateTime and pxExtractIdentifier.
I'm running BIX using the Pega Extract.
I've tried extracting to CSV and XML. pxExtractDateTime and pxExtractIdentifier is both extracted in the CSV but not in the xml.

I'm able to replicate the issue. pxExtractIdentifier, pxExtractDateTime are coming in CSV, DB extract but not in XML extract.
In fact, this is a bug in CSV extract to fetch pxExtractIdentifier, pxExtractDateTime columns. We have PegaCSVUtility to stop fetching these columns in CSV extract.
Please let us know what is the need for you to fetch these.

Thanks for the reply. As I would like to use the pxExtractDateTime to find out when the record was extracted, it would be necessary to have that property. Would there be anyway to retrieve that property in the DB extract?

i need to exclude fetching pxextractdatetime& pxextractidentifier into the csv files. is there a way to exclude these two fields from the extract?

I believe there is a PegaCSVUtility that can remove the pxextractdatetime& pxextractidentifier from cvs.
