BIX: Data is not getting loaded to Prod Server, while running extract rules
Hi,
While running extract rules we are getting data in all the lower environments.
But it is failing to get in Production DB. Please let us know how to give a fix from Pega end.

Are you trying to save the extract data into external DB and it is failing in production ,however the same is working in other lower environment?

Hi Surya,
Do you know where it is exactly failing (during extraction or during saving data to external DB)? Could you please compare the configuration of both working and non-working environment , also provide us log after enabling debug mode for below class.
com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.file.FileListener
com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.ExtractImpl

Hi,
Exactly what exception you are getting and how you have configured the external DB? Is it in database instance or prconfig.xml file? If it is from prconfig, could you please compare the prconfig configuration of both working and non-working scenario and check.

Hi Surya,
Initially enable the logger to debug and run the BIX Job.
com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.ExtractImpl
After enabling the above class to bedug will provide you addiotnal details on why the BIX is failing.
Either try working on it or upload the BIX and Pegarules Log to this POST for us to analyze this Issue.
