Auditing changes to the Delegated Decision table

Hi

I have a decision table delegated to the business users. Any changes to the decision table requires an audit of who has changed and what has changed. How do we achieve this? I could not find anything OOTB.

To elaborate on this, in the History tab of the rule, if you open up the History tab and view the full history, you can often view snapshots of the previous version of the rule by pressing the icon to the left of the memo.
