Decision Table Delegation

I have a requirement to delegate a decision table with specific columns.For example If decision Table has 5 columns after delegation only 3 columns should be editable and remaining should be read only.

How can we achieve this,Kindly help

On click of any column in the decision table, you should be seeing a Security section. Here you can allow changing of cell values based on a privilege. You can specify a privilege here and ensure that the delegated users do not have this privilege.
